Refund and Returns Policy

We provide advisory and concierge services for obtaining commercial brokerage licenses in Abu Dhabi. Because our work relies on government filings, attestations, and time-sensitive professional services, refunds are limited as outlined below.

Eligibility Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the invoice date. After this period we cannot guarantee a refund.

Fully Non-Refundable Items

• Government, DED, immigration, notary, embassy, and MOFA fees once submitted.
• Third-party charges such as translations, courier, attestations, and bank due-diligence fees.
• Rush or priority service fees and completed advisory sessions.

Service Fee Refunds

• If no work has started, we will refund 100% of our service fee (government and third-party fees excluded).
• If work has started but filings have not been lodged, we will refund our service fee minus the value of time spent, documents prepared, and booked appointments.
• After government submissions are made or approvals issued, service fees become non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email blockstonebroker1@gmail.com with your invoice number, project name, and reason for the request.
2. We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and may request supporting documents.
3. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to your bank’s timelines.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not seen the credit after 10 business days from our approval, please check with your bank and then contact us so we can follow up with the processor.

No Physical Returns

Our services are digital and professional; no physical products are shipped. Original documents submitted to authorities cannot be returned once lodged. If you provided physical documents, you are responsible for collecting them from the relevant authority when applicable.
